ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Zee Wang — a founder and investor focused on building and backing companies that work toward a future of greater abundance.
I founded CoinClan and led it to become one of the largest dedicated Binance and OKX P2P merchants, building a team of 50+ people, operating across 30+ countries, and processing nearly $800 million in cumulative transaction volume.
Earlier in my career, I was also a major idea contributor and investor in a crypto project that later reached a valuation of over $230 million. These experiences gave me the freedom and conviction to focus on ambitious ideas that matter.
I'm now exploring my next major venture, with a particular interest in AI, longevity, and blockchain. I'm looking to collaborate with exceptional builders, founders, and teams working on ideas that can create lasting positive impact.
MY JOURNEY
2013
Into the
Digital World
I began my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16 in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
My passion and dedication led to the creation of an online program that reached over 3,000 buyers and built an email list of more than 100,000 subscribers.
2015
Into the
Crypto World
In 2015, I ventured into the emerging field of cryptocurrency trading, specializing in OTC transactions within P2P (peer-to-peer) marketplaces. Just six months later, I secured my first major investor.
Within 18 months, I achieved a 500% return by leveraging operational profits and making strategic reinvestments in crypto assets, propelling the business to become one of the largest crypto P2P merchants in Australia.
2016
EARLY CRYPTO INVESTMENTS
After high-school, I took a gap year to focus solely on my crypto business, during which I became the seed investor in several crypto projects, and served as both an investor and advisor for an early-stage crypto venture, where I contributed a major idea that took them from being a stalled project that was struggling to raise funds, to one that eventually reached a valuation of over $230 million.

I had enough financial independence from my early crypto investments to pursue my long-term goals more seriously. I enrolled at the University of Melbourne, driven by a long-standing interest in longevity and a desire to contribute more meaningfully to the science behind it. I studied Molecular Biology (to research biological immortality) and Neuroscience (to explore digital immortality).
2018
Dropping out and
founding CoinClan
After seven months at university, I realized that 95% of what I was learning wouldn’t be applicable to my ambitions. Given my experience, it became evident that entrepreneurship, rather than academia, was the path to making the greatest impact.
This realization led to the founding of CoinClan, which I built into one of the world’s largest dedicated Binance/OKX P2P merchants.
2025

After building CoinClan for almost 7 years—designing and automating all of its systems, streamlining 90% of the manual tasks, and delegating the rest to a team of over 50—CoinClan was acquired by PayAtom, a Dubai-based fintech company, leaving me with the capacity to explore other opportunities.

I am exploring opportunities for my next venture while building my family office to invest in frontier technologies such as AI, robotics, longevity, space tech and blockchain — with the goal of advancing technology to create greater abundance for humanity.
I’m always open to connecting with others interested in impactful collaborations.
